CAKE WITH ICE-CREAM

Hello my darlings!!!!

Today something foodish!!!! Its because I just cut my anniversary cake and I just took it out from the freeze.  Well you can imagine how hard it gets...right???
Okay so we had a hard time to cut the cake so it was in the process of consuming the cake, it wasn't easy both ways.
Then suddenly, an idea came in my brain :)

Many of you might know this idea and some of you might not have thought of it yet..Anyways here it goes...

This is how my cake looked..it was gifted from friends for our anniversary...thank you very much :)

So this piece of that cake, was too frozen and difficult to take a bite..not that it was icy but it was dry and bit difficult to swallow..

So, I put the cake in the microwave for 15 seconds and there it was soft and hot and looked like it just came out from the oven...

Then I felt, it was still not something I felt like having ...I murmured if only we had a double cream...then wallah!!!!! my husband said, we have an ice-cream, how about using that..I turned to my husband and said, you little genius. Its not that he is little, but anyways, I took the ice-cream out from the freezer and slammed it next to the cake. Ofcourse even the cake was frozen, so I put it in the microwave for another 20 seconds and there it was my perfect piece of yummy cake with ice-cream.

Its really yummy. Try it if  you haven't done this yet. I liked it. I hope you guys will love it too..
